WikiProject Public Art
WikiProject Public Art began in 2009 by asking college students to document campus artworks using Wikipedia. We research the origins of the artworks, their contemporary conditions and uses, their specific locations and their meanings within the larger field. The Wikipedia articles we create include GPS coordinates of each work, descriptive information, images, and references.

Public Art Web
Public Art Web compiles digital resources about public art. The website reflects on the experience of viewing public artwork, and it points to efforts underway in Wikipedia and the blogosphere to better document this ubiquitous form of creative expression.

Big Red Thing
